We accept 3D CAD files in STEP (.stp), IGES (.igs), STL, Rhino (.3dm), Creo / Pro-E, Parasolid (.x_t), and UG NX formats. If you only have physical samples or 2D sketches/PDFs, our 3D White Light scanning laboratory can reverse-engineer the complete 3D digital mould model for you.
Prototype trial moulds are typically completed within 10 to 14 working days. Full series size runs (UK sizes 1 to 13, including left and right pairs) are delivered within 20 to 28 working days, backed by our in-house 10× CNC machines running round the clock.
